Description
The Comptroller supports the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial operations. This role is accountable for maintaining effective internal controls, producing timely and accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with HUD and governmental regulations. Performance is measured by the reliability of financial data, adherence to deadlines, audit outcomes, and the effectiveness of financial oversight.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience; Public housing or governmental accounting experience preferred; Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience; Public housing or governmental accounting experience preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
